Overall, it was a great trip and I had a hard time coming back to the Bay Area.
Here's some news for you. A lot of changes will be happening for me in the next few weeks. I've been trying to buy a condo in San Jose. It's slow going, but I've got a really positive feeling about it. This means that I will be moving out of my apartment, away from Chris. He was a great kitten sitter, but we both have our own paths in life to follow. I'll probably move back to my parents' place for a bit before I actually move into my condo. It's a bittersweet time, but I'm looking forward to the change.
I'll keep you informed!
Great pics! (Do you feel the green oozing atcha? I am soooo jealous!)
ReplyDeleteWelcome home & fingers crossed for a relatively smooth transition to your condo. New home ownership - an exciting, if slightly scary and generally exhausting time!!

Thank you for your kind and comforting comment to Ollis brother LV.
ReplyDeleteThose are beautiful photos. It must be wonderful in Hawaii. I wish I could do a trip like that too.
We had awful holidays at home this year. The weather in northern Germany is ....b a d !!!

Beautiful shots of Hawaii! #1 says it's definitely on her must-see list!
ReplyDeleteWe will be crossing paws and fingers that all will go well with your moves, both physical and emotional.

Thank you, Lisa! I can't wait to get into my new place. Just have to be patient... not a virtue I'm good at...
ReplyDeleteLuna, Hawaii was wonderful, but hot and humid (not a fan of either, but Hawaii is Hawaii and I loved it). I would like to visit northern Germany one day. I've only been to Berlin (a month or two before the wall fell!) and a few other cities in Germany (can't remember their names ;(...). one day!
#1, thank you for your support. Things have been difficult, but I think they are changing for the better now :)
Hawaii photos have me yearning for a trip (haven't been there since 1989!). The birds in the pond are Java Sparrow.
